Remember me? Maybe not… I think the number one rule of having a blog is to update it- well you know me, always a rebel ;)
Truth be told a lot has happened since we have last spoken… aka I GOT A NEW JOB!
And let me tell you being a full time working girl REALLY ties into your blog time…
Nonetheless I thought I would drop a little update. Now for the reason we all read blogs: ENTERTAINMENT.
Back in the day my friend Bonnie would comment about how I have the worst luck/ should write a book about how many awkward moment/weird things occur in my life. Really…There was the boy’s bathroom incident, the locker room indecent, the text message incident, the catch phrase incident to name a few (maybe these would make good chapter titles?) needless to say I will NOT go into detail about, well, the details of those instances on a blog but i will, however, go into detail about a work incident that occurred last week.
THE WORK INCIDENT:
(A little background information)
My second week at the new job I caught a bad cold from the hubs...MAJOR CONGESTION. To help with the situation when this occurs I always put a roll of toilet paper in my purse. Its small, it’s handy- it never lets you down.
WELL I happened to go through ONE WHOLE roll of toilet paper in two days! (crazy) well Wed I roll into work (no pun intended!) and my boss happens to ask how I’m doing with the cold. My response was:
“I’m great. Hopefully I won’t go through a roll of toilet paper today!”
………………
Think about it…
After a minute or so it dawned on me how he could take it so I then proceeded to explain… sigh….
Well I was bound to have an awkward moment sometime… glad I broke it in early :)
